If your attendance at the FFY 2026–2028 CCDF Tribal Plan Training requires air travel, Tulsa International Airport is approximately 8 miles from the Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown.

From Tulsa International Airport

• A complimentary 24-hour, round-trip shuttle is available between Tulsa International Airport and the Hyatt Regency Tulsa. You will need to call 918-234-1234 upon landing at the airport with an ETA for pickup. since the shuttles aren’t always waiting out front. From the hotel the shuttles leave on the hour and half hour. At the Tulsa airport, the shuttle pickup zones are located outside both baggage claims Arrivals area. At the Hyatt, they are outside the front door of the hotel. When you leave to go back to the airport, we recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes early and let the shuttle drivers know you need a ride.
• Amtrak train service is not available to Tulsa, Oklahoma.
• Taxicab service from the Tulsa International Airport to the Hyatt Regency Tulsa costs from $19 to $23 and takes approximately 12 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
• Rideshare services, such as Uber and Lyft, cost approximately $21 from the airport and take approximately 12 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and the level of service selected.

• Take I-44 West toward MO-43 South/Tulsa.
• Take Exit 34 toward US-412 West/OK-66 West/Tulsa onto I-44 West (Dan P. Holmes Expressway).
• Take Exit 236B toward US-412 West/Sand Springs Enid onto I-244 West (Crosstown Expressway).
• Take Exit 6C toward 1st Street/Downtown onto East 1st Street, South.
• Turn left onto South Cincinnati Avenue.
• Turn right onto East 3rd Street, South.
• Proceed to the Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown at 100 East 2nd Street, South.

From Points North

• Take I-35 South (Kansas Turnpike).
• Take Exit 194A toward Tulsa onto US-412 East (Cimarron Turnpike).
• Take the left exit toward Bartlesville/I-244 East/US-412 East/Joplin/US-75 North.
• Keep left onto US-412 East.
• Continue on I-244 East (Crosstown Expressway).
• Take Exit 6A toward Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard/Detroit Avenue.
• Turn right onto Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
• Continue on South Cincinnati Avenue.
• Turn right onto East 3rd Street, South.
• Proceed to the Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown at 100 East 2nd Street, South.

From Points West

• Take I-44 East (Turner Turnpike).
• Keep left onto I-244 East (Martin Luther King Memorial Expressway) toward Downtown Tulsa.
• Take Exit 4C toward 7th Street/Downtown.
• Continue on West 7th Street, South.
• Turn right onto West 7th Street, South.
• Turn right onto West 8th Street, South.
